Does Zenu include property management?

Zenu's own website does not list a property management module. Rental tools such as PropertyMe, Tapi and Bricks + Agent appear on its integrations page as connected third party tools. MantisProperty includes property management - online tenancy applications, digital condition reports, maintenance, landlord and tenant portals and leasing trust accounting - in the PM and Full Office plans.

Does Zenu include trust accounting?

Zenu lists built in sales trust accounting, included in its Essentials plan. Rental or property management trust accounting is not publicly listed on its website. MantisProperty includes both sales and leasing trust accounting, with ledgers, receipts, reconciliations and archived audit reports.

Does Zenu work in New Zealand?
