Are there any hidden costs?

No. The only optional extra is SMS credits at 12 cents per message, which you pre-purchase if you choose to use SMS.

Do the mobile apps cost extra?

No. Mantis Sales is included with the Sales plan, Mantis PM with the PM plan, and both with Full Office, for every user with CRM access. No per-user app fees.

Can I skip the trial and sign up directly?

Yes, each plan has a direct sign up link.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time from inside MantisProperty and the new price starts at your next renewal. To move to a smaller plan, raise a support ticket and we will change it for you.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in contracts. Month to month, or pay annually and get one month free.
