We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to the listing enquiries system: Customisable Pipelines for Listing Enquiries!
Until now, all agencies were using the same default statuses for managing listing enquiries:
- Processed
- No Answer
- Interested (Hot)
- Undecided (Warm)
- Not Interested (Cold)
- Successful Conversion
While these default options worked well for many, we know every agency operates a little differently - and flexibility is key to staying efficient and competitive.
With our new customisable pipelines, you have full control over the statuses you use to manage your listing enquiries.
Here’s what you can now do:
✅ Rename existing statuses:
If you prefer ‘Call Back’ instead of ‘No Answer’, or ‘Hot Lead’ instead of ‘Interested (Hot)’, you can easily rename them.
Even better, when you rename a status, it will automatically update on all existing leads using that status - saving you hours of manual work!
✅ Add new statuses:
Want to track more specific opportunities?
You can now add as many new statuses as you need. For example, you might add a status like ‘Looking to Sell’ to keep an eye on buyers who may soon become sellers too.
✅ Remove unused statuses:
If there are statuses you don’t use, you can remove them from your pipeline to keep your process clean and simple.
(If a status is in use on any existing leads, MantisProperty will protect your data and prevent deletion - you'll get an alert if that happens.)
✅ Change the order of your pipeline:
Drag and drop to arrange your statuses in the order that makes the most sense for your workflow.
Customising the pipeline layout makes it even easier to visually track and manage your enquiries.
Managing your Pipeline is Simple
You can edit your lead statuses at any time by going to:
Preferences > Account Settings > Lead Statuses
From there, you’ll be able to quickly add, edit, remove, and reorder statuses to perfectly match your sales process.
How it Works on the Listing Enquiries Screen
When a new enquiry is received, it will automatically be placed in the New status.
From there, you simply process the enquiry and update its status to wherever it should move in your customised pipeline - whether that's ‘Processed’, ‘Call Back’, ‘Looking to Sell’, ‘Hot Lead’, or any other status you’ve set up.
It’s an easy, intuitive way to manage enquiries that grows with your agency’s needs.
