Platinum and Elite users of our platform can have us do the tedious work for you which includes:
- Import all your contacts including notes, groups, etc. from your backups provided by your old CRM or spreadsheets / csv files you have. No need to format things.. we will format the data and import it all for you
- We will run a data clean up on the contacts imported to merge any duplicate contacts. This ensures that your data is clean and usable when we import it for you
- We will upload your logo, set up your brochure templates and customise your email marketing templates so everything has your branding and professional design
- We will set up your account settings such as bank account details, integrations with 3rd party software, contact details and user accounts so that everything is all ready for you to log in and use straight away
- If your listings are on realestate.com.au or can be provided in REAXML format then we can import them all in for you
- A 45 minute training session will be provided, at a day and time suitable to you, to walk you through everything once it's set up and answer any questions you have
In a matter of days you’ll be completely set up with MantisProperty, your database will be installed and you’ll be able to use our cutting edge, time saving features that help you sign more deals, faster, as a paperless agent.
Your 45 minute 1:1 training session will also allow you to have a personalised run through of MantisProperty and we can answer any additional questions to make sure you’re hitting the ground running.
