MantisProperty has a time-saving feature that allows you to automatically sync your emails with your contacts.
This efficient and easy-to-use automated email syncing feature is compatible with Office 365, Gmail and IMAP email accounts.
Simply connect MantisProperty to one or more email accounts and allow it to scan for new incoming or outgoing emails that match your contacts. If any matches are found, these emails (including attachments) will be saved on your contact’s file.
This will create a quick-to-access history of all email communication between you and your contact, which can be viewed via the customer’s ‘history’ tab. The inbuilt search feature then allows you to scan the subject line and body of all emails for specific words, as well as narrow searches to emails sent or received between specific dates.
Permissions can be set up by administrators, so that salespeople can see all correspondence between contacts and salespeople in the office, or only their own correspondence.
Users of Gmail and Office365 can also sync their calendars with MantisProperty so that appointments made in MantisProperty show in their Gmail/Outlook calendars and any changes to these appointments in their calendars are automatically synced back to MantisProperty
